Great thinking, flip. It makes sense when thinking about the deer hit by the van incident. Trinity can't kill except for within his little rituals, so maybe he brought his son with him because he couldn't do it himself and that's why Lundy recognized Trinity.

I amend my prediction to this idea, Jonah with Trinity beside him.

I buy the basics of this theory, but then why did Debra survive? At the very least, why didn't Debra survive a more serious injury? If Trinity goes far enough to get his son to kill to protect his secret, why take any chances? Why not make sure both Lundy and Debra were dead?

Something doesn't fit and it seems out of context/character for Trinity to get his son to do his bidding... trinity may have a lot of issues and may abuse/control his family, but I think that's a long way from using his son as a hired hand (although I do give the theory merit).

I think Lundy recognized the reporter after she (or her paper) did that piece on him returning to Miami to hunt for Trinity. I think she shot him and wounded Debra in a desperate attempt to further her career. It's not as sexy as Trinity's son, but I think it fits better.

Get a story is a pretty weak motive for a Non-Killer to turn Killer. All of the other main killers in this show have had a slow development leading to them becomin killers. Season two being a good example. I agree with flip if the reporters the killer this season would be as bad as true bloods whole Manant plot.

As I have said it would be weak if the reporter is the shooter, but...after looking back Lundy mentioned he had grown children who he never met...Reporter? Quinn?
I didn't like the suspicious look on the reporters face but it seemed it was put there to have us think she's more than a reporter.

I'm going to stick by my original suspect (Quinn) until proven otherwise.

Also craps going to hit the fan now that the reporter has an exclusive with Deb,I'm thinking maybe she shows a photo of Dexter as a blood specialist for Miami homicide and Trinity loses his mind when he sees it....

Ahhh, I'm going to bed.

I think the whole thing about them figuring out that the killer must have been pretty short isn't something to gloss over.

Well, at least since the shooter was short you can rule out Anton.

This is Dexter, you can't rule out anything.

But I think Anton is done with the show. He should have been the #1 suspect but instead the writers just let Deb boot him to the curb.

Dexter taking Trinity into the kitchen and threatening him was the best scene all season. I stood up and gave a "hell yeah!"

Yeah, if that's a pre cursor to their final showdown, I am pumped like you wouldn't believe!

The whole table scene had me dropping my jaw! Brilliant use of the C word. Talk about impact!

Dexter go way too close to this guy. Curiosity killed the cat? He's in tough to accomplish what he wanted to a few weeks ago.

Dexter is obviously going to have some serious complications in his personal affairs really quickly, seeing as how he kept Trinity alive only now to have shown the man his true nature, compounded by the connection between Christine and Deb (not to mention that Deb knows Christine shot her now).....Dexter's true identity is now readily available for Trinity to discover.

I was so glad all these seemingly minor sideplots have kind of coalesced thanks to this last episode. The next half of the season should be sick.
