I believe in the Jays.

SGA with 40 points, 10 assists, and 9 boards in a close win for OKC.

That’s the type of ending that people hate. A free throw and timeout fest in the last 2 minutes felt it took an hour to complete.
Fouling the Wolves was the right call but it was ugly to watch.

Minny actually blew that sequence by not going straight up the court after the missed FT. Calling the timeout and letting OKC get set was dumb, your best chance to get a clean 3PT look was when OKC were scrambling. Forcing rule changes to manufacture endings is stupid. Maybe don't have 23 turnovers instead?

You gotta give it to Haliburton. Voted the most overrated player by his peers, took that #### personally and is currently hooping his ass off

Pacers have a shot at the title if he keeps playing like this.
Assuming it's Thunder/Pacers, I think it'll be a homer series with the Thunder taking it in 7. But I wouldn't count out the Pacers.

It's honestly the same script we've had for the Finals three years in a row. The best regular season team, by far (Denver, Boston, OKC), against a team in the Finals who made it backed with varying degrees of Satanism (Miami, Dallas, Indy). Last two were duds, this one is on paper, but we'll see.

Woof, the NBA needs to seriously reconsider it's playoff format (more than the NHL). The 2nd round should be reranked to prevent something like this from happening.
Then next round it'll be Thunder vs a team that debatably wouldn't make the top 8 in the West. I'll take a healthy Lakers, Warriors, or even Mavericks over Indy... and I like Indy. They should at least give OKC a better series than the Knicks would have.

really happy if it ends up being OKC-Indy. Sure, might be a quick series, but that's an extremely refreshing set of finalists. Teams from small markets that grew organically and are now rewarded for years of great work, I'll take that over those annoying buddy superteams and the same old big market teams any day.

You’d take the Mavs?
No sports is going to reseed across the entire league, whoever wins the East is doing so deservedly IMO. Every sport does this the same way, each conference or league(MLB) has their own winner.

I guess if the Mavs had a healthy Kyrie and AD plus Cooper Flagg but what are the chances that'll ever happen.

Well done Pacers. It's nice to see two teams not named Boston, Golden State and Lakers in the finals. I'll go OKC in 5 or 6
