So animals are seeking out trails? That's likely worse than them avoiding them. More human interactions with wildlife is not good.

Well they aren't looking at a map to plan their route, but when they cross a trail, they'll take it if it is going a similar direction. Animals make their own trails all the time. Heard the term "goat trail"? Why wouldn't they also use trails made by people? Would you stumble through a forest, or walk on a smooth path with no fallen trees and bramble in the way?

Kananaskis has a lot of potential to develop into more of a town site. Heck, we could get Fortress going again...

They continue to kick the can down the road but supposedly(?) investors are aiming for a reopening.

I think it's great! Fuzz has argued against me using the exact same points that he's using here.

Time to make Tunnel Mountain live up to its name and hollow it out for more housing.

Canmore is more than a parking lot, so not really the same. I mean, I could probably find some parking lots in Canmore I would be almost as passionate about defending as you are, but there are higher priorities.

Alberta has a healthy supply of basement trolls who would find this work interesting. After all, they seem to be experts in everything. A few years ago they were public health experts, then they were political experts, and lately they're water infrastructure experts. I'm sure they'll pivot into mining in a hurry!

It’s like watching a sitcom where the downtown character’s long lost brother who grew up in the sticks comes to visit and it’s just the same actor wearing overalls and a straw hat.

Build it in Calgary and he won't even have to drive. We should do that, for all the Slivers of the world, and leave the real outdoor communities for those that actually want to be outdoors.
Ya, shots fired.

As long as there's automated gun turrets on the Sphere.

Haha, I don’t think I’ve ever argued to save a parking lot? I guess I don’t really remember what we argued about, but I thought it was the Glenmore Landing development?

I don't remember either. This is good practice for the nursing home.
