Omits the 1980s, and moves back the early 2010s by a year.

1. 2001-2003

Kobasew, Nystrom and Phaneuf

2. 2002-2014

Jankowski, Monahan, Bennett

3. 2019-2021 (emerging)

Pelletier, Zary and Coronato.
