What's the connection between the retro jersey and Iginla?
He started when they had the pedestal jerseys. After the retros were retired. He played more games in the horsehead third jersey than the retro third jerseys that the Flames had at the very tailend of his career with the Flames...

Personally, I don't care what anyone puts on their own shirt - they bought it. But I'm also enough of a pedant to notice things like that, and I wouldn't mix eras if I was picking a name for a jersey.

I got a circa-1989 CCM jersey off eBay back during the 2004 cup run that I had customized with McDonald's name and the Stanley Cup patch.
