This is what the early games this season would've looked like if Smith wasn't in god mode.

The longer Treliving holds on to Glue Gun, the more this team season withers away. This has been going on ALL season long. This is not just a bad stretch of play. The team is playing like absolute poop with him behind the bench. It won't get better till he's gone.

The stupidity of the coaching staff is evident from the fact that they used "nervous energy" as ONE of the excuses for the Oilers loss. 48 hours later and when they score 2 quick ones to make it 3-1, instead of a time out to calm things down and say "Hey, these loser Flyers are winless since 8-tracks were popular, let's go boys" He does nothing, gets scored on again and still does nothing.

Zero confidence and it can't just be me who see's this stuff!!! Just WOW!!!

But that's the problem. He can look at the monitors all he wants but if he never actually 'coaches' or corrects the players who made the mistakes then what exactly is he doing?

After that 4th goal he should have been in Hamonic's ear about staying with his man, then he should have been in the Center's ear (I forgot who it was) about picking up the extra man in front of the net.
