There was some clear frustration behind Paul's voice when he said that. The professional take is that Winnipeg is taking lots of penalties, to suggest calls aren't going one team's way in a flustered, spontaneous manner is local broadcast level stuff.

Brouwer knows that's dumping it when you have possession on the PP with no one around you is not smart? Right? Get Ferlund out there, I would even want Stajan over Brouwer on the pp.

I think Romanuk is just not very good at choosing words to say to describe a hockey game.
I don't hear a ton of bias in his call.

I like him on the pp because he's smart and has a good shot but not on the point. Rather see him where Gaudreau usually plays and have Gaudreau on the right side with another D-man on the point. Wideman even.
