Actually I find more and more people in business prefer emails. I still attend a lot of meetings, but the "ideal" for a lot of personnel right now is to avoid people it seems.
I have NO DOUBT that Francis has no idea what the Flames protocol is come deadline day. Maybe there's a lot of scout only meetings. Maybe scouts are generate reports before they have group meetings. The deadline isn't until Monday and it's not like the Flames have a sudden awareness that they're sellers and who they will be selling.
If Trevy didn't WANT to be there (due to what's ideal), he would've sent one of his many assistants

This game is a perfect example of why total number of goals isn't relevant when it comes to entertainment. Only 2 goals but it's been great.

They played 3 on 3 v. San Jose (the one where Ramo got hurt and Hiller went into God Mode). But didn't score and won in the SO.
