Man i wish they would have the previous years winning captain hand over the cup - think that would be an awesome tradition.

I also have a torn groin, and like Bishop also did not win the Stanley Cup tonight. I know exactly how he feels right now.

He should have won it back in 2010. He's still playing hard even with 7 years left on his contract.

Seabrook calls Calgary home?

Always stunned at the amount of former and apparently current NHL'ers live in Calgary.

Scotty Bowman out there on the ice for the Stanley Cup celebration...again.

Another ring to add to the collection...

I've never been good at sports predictions, but I did really good this year with the playoffs. Wish I was in a pool where I won something.

@TBTimes_JSmith: #TBLightning Tyler Johnson said he played with a broken right wrist. Suffered early in this series.

Of special note, Corey Crawford tied Blackhawks legend Tony Esposito for all times wins of 50 by a goaltender in the playoffs.

It's a case of "what have you done lately"

Lots of talk of various Conn Smyth candidates and everyone forgets the leading paid scorer

Still, the cup will have an appearance in Tsawwassen! That's where he lived when he was growing up.

It could've and would've been game 7 last night. Well the Lightning finally got the dose of reality losing the finals in 6 games. That should have happened to them 11 years ago! It was good to see them get shutout and the Bhawks win on home ice. The only thing that the league needs to do is find a way that Brad Richards doesn't get his name on the cup. He doesn't deserve to be called a 2 time winner.

Tsawwassen, while I have sympathy for your pain, I can't help but feel that THIS TIME, Richards DESERVES getting his name engraved!
