The latest message we had; the one about cups chaning people, I wonder if that has something to do with today or is a comment about Crosby?
If it's about today the players who have cups are activeStick (Kopitar), undercoverbrother (Thomas), Timbo (Jagr), GP_Matt (Parros), Huntinwhale (Kane), Blaster86 (Zetterberg), HalifaxDrunk (Toews).

Good list, I've been watching forum activity from time to time as well, and the only other guys I've noticed on PMs are Undercover Brother, Street Pharmacist, and Anduril, all of whom have positives in their activity, either voting early for Drake, or revealing their player identity relatively early. Also, some posters have invisible mode enabled, so they wouldn't show up as being on PM. (Not that having invisible mode on should be taken as any sign of guilt.)
I took the cup comment to be about Crosby, but there certainly could be more to it.
So, as far as two of our guys getting killed: it would be either they have someone who has an ability to do an extra kill every night (likely); or someone who has the ability to do a kill once (unlikely, because they wouldn't want to use it this early); or someone not in the mafia with a kill ability was acting independently (also unlikely, as neither seemed like mafia suspects). We'll have a better idea after another night.
Is it also possible that Oling was using his tracking ability to track someone, got found out and subsequently killed? (I've only played relatively light versions of Werewolf so I'm a little fuzzy on some of the role interaction in Mafia.)

Hockeyguy15 you have thrown my name out there.
I understand my voting now looks suspicious. I still am leery of Blaster and didn't want to jump ship for Drake once there was enough votes for him anyway. I figured it would be suspicious to change last second, I guess it ended up that way anyway. As a total group guess I wasn't sure Drake was bad so stuck with my original vote. In the end voting the same as Drake (Management) is a negative.
You are the first to point out anytime someone makes a posting error, you tally votes and always seem to have an immediate answer. Either you have played this before or it makes me wonder if you are in constant contact with Mazrim. You seem to be his enforcer, Shanahan is that you?

Actually, as I think about it more if I was Management why would I have still voted with Drake once I knew he was getting killed. It doesn't make sense, his voting for Blaster does clear some doubts I had about him. To be truthful I voted strictly for Blaster because when he was granted CP mod abilites years ago he gave me a temporary infraction. My voting along with Drake if I had known he was management and was getting killed anyway just would have been a waste.

Fun fact about that. I got really drunk the night before and slept in cause I forgot everything was going to be an hour ahead of me. I made like... two of the posts. The rest were Photon and I think Kooteney Flames Fan.
Another fun fact: They still know my password cause I was too lazy to change it.

Never played this before, I just have good reading comprehension I guess.
Just trying to keep things honest. No I'm not Shanahan, I am Iginla.
Also I said you were suspicious because I saw you PM-ing.

Maybe it is too obvious, but I think it is the best information we have going into this vote. That CC said something about flameswin.
Slim, but I really doubt the mafia are being too clever, so...

I don't get the PMing suspicion, I didn't think we could talk outside this thread. Anyway, I have used PM quite a bit lately for messages regarding the incident involving the Stajan's and my post about how it relates to me (in real life).

Management can talk outside of the thread, it's assumed they are PM-ing or something like that.

That's part of the fun, the Owners get to skulk around like the slime covered reptiles they are whispering and plotting and talking, while the players are open and honest and laid out for the public to see.
We all know who the real villains are here fellas its in their conduct.

Based on flameswins comment about CC (followed by his lynching,) CCs lack of posting until he was pressured to, and the fact that his supposed player role is Mark Schiefele I trust him the least
Every other player thats been revealed has been high profile in one way or another, Schiefele seems like a random role to be given. I think its more likely that it is a manager pretending to be a player after feeling the heat, using a safe option as a role in case another member who hasnt revealed yet potentially is the player hes pretending to be
With how little info we have so far, thats the best lead IMO so I'm going with it. I was wrong about Blaster though so we'll see how this plays out

As far as I'm concerned, I'm looking at either Lego man who has settled nicely into the background and said very little if anything to give his position away, which is kind of a management thing since it seems like everyone else is eyeing each other suspiciously
Or Undercoverbrother who seems to be adept at subverting and stirring.
As players we have to be very careful in terms of the vote. Being two down means that if you vote the wrong way you're one step closer to annihilation.

What do you mean I've said little to give my position away? I've already said I'm a player, my NHL player is Steven Stamkos, and I actively participated in the discussion leading up to the lynching until Friday afternoon (at which point I took a half day at work and drove from Edm to Cgy for a Marriage Prep weekend). The only thing I haven't revealed yet is my role, and that's because I don't fully understand it yet.
Something about CaptainCruch and his presence throught this thread doesn't vibe right to me.

Don't hammer CC yet guys, I want to bring some evidence to the table.
I noticed an odd voting pattern on day one that I wanted to share after having some time to evaluate it.
Drake was part of the mafia, so if we have a chance at detecting them working together - his voting is the place to start.
Look at the first significant round of "piling on" votes on day one:
HalifaxDrunk opened the voting (12:27pm on the 12th)
drake - no reason (5:38pm on the 12th)
octothorpe - "He's either management, or he's so confused that he's a liability to the rest of us." (8:48pm on the 12th)
Regulartor75 - "Someone needs to go. " (10:48pm on the 12th)
Street Pharmacist - "In the words of Russell Peters "Somebody gonna get hurt. And it's not gonna be me"" (11:01pm on the 12th)
Note the time stamps on a couple of those. 10:48 and 11:01 that evening. Did a PM go out saying "lets all hop on Blaster and try to off him?" The mafia doesn't always work together to sway the vote on day one, but I think it requires some investigation.
When it happened, I felt that the piling on Blaster was suspicious but I wasn't 100% sure. Still lots of room for coincidence. Now that I've seen that Drake was part of the Mafia, I'm going to dig deeper into the Drake voting pattern and see if we can identify any anomalies there.
I'm not voting until I complete my analysis.

Interesting that Oling_Roachinen and flameswin were both the first to point fingers at me, before I revealed my identity, and both get offed overnight.
Is someone trying to make me out to be a bad guy here?
Interesting.

According to my notes the only 2 people who have not given their player name is strombad and Sliver. So obviously it looks like management either is made up of players from the NHL, or they are lying and picked player names. Either way it probably isn't much to go on.
