High end talent on both offense and defense are the most glaring needs, but I've seen so many soft goals even when the goalies are playing well, so yes, goaltending is definitely still a concern. Ramo is more consistent and calm in net, so he needs to start more to let a young team gain confidence without worrying so much about every shot possibly going in. Berra started off the year strong, but calling his play over the last 10-15 games "adventurous" would be kind.
