Why? I know you guys keep forgetting this but Harper didnt have a majority and he refused to compromise on his Budget.

If anything, Harper should be forced to resign if Canadians refuse to give him the mandate he's been trying to scare Canadians into giving him.

When Harper violated his own fixed election date law in 2008 and returned with essentially the same results, did you think at the time that the CPC should be forced to pay for the election?

Harper and Layton wanted the election.

Harper has been campaigning since January for crying out loud and were polling well when the election was called.
