Like Sweden that has tax revenue equal to 48% of their GDP? Or how about France that is at 46%? Denmark at 50%?

Why? I know you guys keep forgetting this but Harper didnt have a majority and he refused to compromise on his Budget.

If anything, Harper should be forced to resign if Canadians refuse to give him the mandate he's been trying to scare Canadians into giving him.

When Harper violated his own fixed election date law in 2008 and returned with essentially the same results, did you think at the time that the CPC should be forced to pay for the election?

I'm pretty sure Harper wanted the election too, and by the looks of the early results, he very well might get the majority he's been after for so long.

Harper has been campaigning since January for crying out loud and were polling well when the election was called.
