From what I heard yes. Trying to move his contract and run with Vasilvsky so that they have room to sign Stamkos.

Or since BT was in Ottawa last night, and Burke has ties to Toronto, they're just taking in a game? Are any Flames scouts there? I don't believe Burke is doing anything in that capacity, he has a team for that.

Guys come on let's piece the rumors together. Those guys are there clearly to watch Stamkos who according to Spector the Flames have been after since the summer. Get those Flames 91 jerseys ready boys.
Also green text before anyone thinks I was serious. Definitely think Bernier or Bishop is who they are there to see

In my opinion, there is an iron in the fire for a tender. If there wasn't, Khudobin would be a Flame today. I also find it suspicious, maybe I just missed it, but every year Burke goes public about the roster freeze he implements before the real one. Haven't heard that this year. Something goes down by the NHL roster freeze. I don't think we can afford Bishop so I'm going to guess Bernier is a Flames soon. Hiller going the other way to balance the cost of Berniers second year.

I like him a lot. Many nights he's just a wall. However, lots of posters here do not like "blocking" goalies, which he certainly is.
