I wonder if the Jays are going to run with a 6 man rotation?
If not, I wonder who gets bumped for Berrios?
Maybe they keep Stripling and Matz in the rotation and move Manoah to the pen to limit his innings this year.

Have to move one of them
Need to maximize berrios, ray, ryu, and manoah when you're pushing
If they fall out I think you pull manoah back maybe

Monoah might run into inning limits so there might be occasional skipping for him. I think they might pair Stripling and Matz as a duo for a while though.

It seems whenever Jays are highly touted and most popular play for DFS they put up a stinker. Hopefully today is different

Obviously the Jays picked it intentionally as their time to come back to Toronto, but LORDY if this isn't going to be the homestand to end all homestands.
12 games at home - at the ~100 game mark - w/ 4 against the RSox - in a season they seem to be going all in on
Don't think you can lock up a WC spot, but Jays can certainly lose it if they don't have a solid .600+ stand, especially when you're chasing the Rays and A's

Six man rotation for at least a week or so per Montoya. Two double headers in the coming days.

Just read that Glasnow is getting TJS
That's a blow to the Rays big time. He probably won't be back even next season. Explains why the Rays were reportedly after Berrios as well.
Good job by Atkins blocking them from getting him, while bolstering his own pitching staff at the same time. I'm definitely not as sore about the overpay as long as they can get Berrios extended.

Manoah today. He's going to be pumped, it should be exciting.
Then Berrios makes his debut tomorrow.
Very exciting 3 days of Jays baseball. Hopefully they win them all.
Really need a "win 15 out of 20" type of run here to make up some ground.

It’s so great that Dan and Pat are able to be back calling the game from inside the Rogers Centre. Dan is the best in the business but calling a game from a TV just wasn’t the same.
