So Squiggs was giving info during the cop/beggar game? Interesting - I never knew that. Our team didn't do a whole bunch of strategizing during that game, but there was talk about when to lie or not. I thought I was just brutal at the game because I could never seem to win a round.

There was one or two games where it was pretty clear, or so we thought, that everyone had all the info. I don't recall which ones off the top of my head, but the main thing was Devo giving up his G's before the deathmatch he was selected in made us convinced that one of GGG or HG was a mole for your group.
The fact that you were not aware of it means that it was likely just a coincidence and good guessing that made it look like that, or someone is hesitant to spill the beans.

The horse race was one where everyone seemed to know mostly everything. I also seem to recall the food chain game being fairly open knowledge as well. When Devo gave up the G's, I thought it was just him guessing that he was going to get picked and I thought it was an odd move. Never really put together the why on that one.
It's funny how all this is very "maifa-like". When you have more info than others, even small things seem very obvious and you assume everyone sees the hidden meaning behind it. However, in most cases the small things just get a raised eyebrow and that's it.

The cop/begger game is designed to have spies.
The Saddledome beer game was pretty open. Food Chain was interesting, Hockeyguy should have starved in Round 2.
what else.... Horror Race the alliance nearly got screwed picking too many Mummies.

Scamming Horse Race and Stock Market everyone knew everything. Paying for the extra clues in the Horse Race didn't pay off, but I'm glad I go in on the clue for the Stock Market.

devo never transferred his Gaudreaus before a death match. He picked Pux in one and GGG in another, and he finished last in both. Don't put that one on me. devo was eliminated before the cop/beggar game.

You've also said this. I've looked back through devo's posts, and I can't find it. Which game is this from?
1 - Rathji picked squiggs
2 - Finger Cooking picked GGG
3 - devo picked Pux
4 - Timbo picked Boo Radley
5 - starseed picked biz
6 - Boo Radley picked squiggs
7 - devo picked GGG

I never fed anyone information on that one. I went along with GGG, HG and Matt, as they were playing that game. mrk, you didn't win anything that round because you didn't talk during that round. Go read the QT thread at that point. You even were sending in moves to Girly that you didn't tell us about in the thread. You even posted that you were too busy, so the only reason to post in that thread was to let us know if you lied, and then you didn't let us know. That round I went with the team that would get me to the next round.

There was a round, where someone gave G's to someone else before they were picked for the DM. If it isn't how I am remembering it, and your list is correct, I think it might have been GGG giving his away before Devo picked him.
We just called it the Devo Gaudreau thing, so my memory or it might be twisted

Matt gave all of his Gaudreaus to HG, and GGG gave all but 6. That was just their alliance working together. At that point is was a battle of alliances, with devo, mrk and HD against the other three. Gaudreaus didn't really matter, but body counts did. In no way was I moving info back and forth between factions, or tipping people off. To say or imply that, is false.

And was this because you shared info with Squiggs?
Biz never told us what the clue was for the Stock Market thing, but he gave us enough of a hint that I was able to get out of most of my stuff at the time. In retrospect, I am pretty sure I could have won that one, but I gave all my cheap stock that I bought to Biz since we thought he had a better shot. Either my math or GirlySports math was off in the final tally there so I might not have been as close as I think.
It was very confusing trying to explain to Girly that I was trying to dump my stock 5 mins before the trade so Biz could buy it, rather than her thinking it was him buying too early.

We were totally wrong on that then.
I was completely convinced.

I gave my Gs to mrkajz once before a death match completely unaware that Girly would post the transactuon in the thread. I thought that if I was selected, at least my Gs stay in the game ... but Girly posting the transaction made me an easy choice for the death match. I was lucky in beating Pux inthe DM then.

I joined with devo's group partway through the stock market game. HG and I exchanged some PMs throughout that game, but I wasn't much help. I was also curling at that time and couldn't focus on this game. I thought I was going to be in last place, as I didn't have much info. I was invited to join HG's group after the stock market game ended, but they started at new QT for my arrival.

Nothing, that is why it was very confusing because there wasn't a clear signal of how things were.

Well you were in the QT with me, GGG and Matt so you know how that side went. Then you were talking with bizaro so you know that too.
Really that's more than anyone else knew, because I was only dealing with GGG, Matt and you. I did exchange PM's with squiggs looking for stock info, but that was it.

Oh I just went back through the Stock QT thread Rathji and maybe that is where you are getting the Devo and Gaudreau transfers from.
I asked if any of you were worried about being picked by Devo and wanted to give me your Gaudreau's to hold. I was waiting to give bizaro the Gio until all of you checked in.

If it hasn't been given out yet I would like to give my free guess to Squiggs.
He did a good job beating me straight up in the deathmatch. Well, the great job was in forcing the tie. I thought I had you cornered and you pulled of a masterful move.
I am still not happy about the double cross but feel better knowing that HG wasn't in on it. For some reason, his lack of anger and surprise left me suspicious.
(Just wait until he finds out I joined his group only after co-founding team Fight Club)
