The Democrats really have to start framing this as a Republican problem. They are the ones enabling Trump to do all of this stuff. The Dems need to hammer the Republicans at every turn and make sure the public starts to refer to Comacho as "the Republican president." Once that starts to stick, the Republicans will start to run in the other direction, especially those up for re-election in 2018.
