The burden of proof in a civil trial is a mere balance of probabilities, and I would think most (if not all) of these women would be believed. Remember in Ghomeshi the Judge suggested the women were believable, but not beyond a reasonable doubt. The threshold in a criminal trial is much higher.

Trump also says he would not approve AT&T's proposed acquisition of Time Warner.
a) He's running as a republican isn't he? Don't his supporters realize this goes against what they would claim to stand for?
b) More proof he thinks president means king. Someone with business experience should know the POTUS doesn't approve stuff like this, even ones this big.

Maybe, maybe not. Republicans still have their elephant in the room of changing US demographics. If Romney had lost then maybe this time they'll do something about themselves like they said they were going to do after 2012..
Then they do well in 2014 and don't have to face reality. Now they can blame Trump and continue to be unappealing to an ever growing chunk of the population.
