Do you mean where they go undercover?
No - nothing Earth shattering. Nothing new.
Strangely enough though, I'm not finding this season as irritating as the others. And it's all due to Collum Keith Rennie as Raynor. The Bonnie and Clyde duo suck, but the general arc of the season is kind of bearable.

I think that could actually fix it. Burnham is a Q the whole time, Q snaps us back to the beginning once revealing and then she snaps away from spock as a child, timeline reset and we never have to see her again.

Yeah you have to wonder about Starfleet recruiting
Ensign Walter Pierce murdered 2 people and killed himself when the Enterprise D was being built.
Lon Suder on Voyager was integrated into the crew and made an engineer and it turns out that he was a serial killer.
I mean Riker should have been written up dozens of times for Sexual Harassment. Troi's counselling methods with known pervert Barkley was to have ice cream with him, and she was probably dripping in on her cleavage the whole time, because Troi was a notorious bed jumper.
I mean Kirk is their inspiration, how many diseases did Kirk pick up while he was "Exploring the galaxy"
The vivid video Star Trek Parody porns were probably a more accurate Star Trek Log if you're picking up what I'm putting down.
