I'm shocked that Serbia might not get in. I thought they were threats to win the whole thing, but that was over a year ago and things definitely change quickly in the world of football.

on the link I provided above, they did the odds for all the different scenarios. In 10 000 simulations, Norway didn't get a playoff spot. They needed to make up a 9 goal differential on whoever lost the Denmark/Portugal game. They made up 3 today. Norway was always in tough today.
Do the seeded teams get the 2nd leg? Or is there a draw done for that?

Maybe that's a UEFA thing then, because during world cup playoffs, Portugal were at home first, then in Bosnia for the return leg.
