Both were for different players so no harm, no foul.

Raiders are drafting smart. As much as I would have liked to see Campbell (OT- Maryland) or the OT from USC, their run defense was horrid last year and they've done a lot to fix that.

And they fell back to accumulate picks while still getting players that they wanted at the correct value.

Maybe Davis is being held hostage until the end of the draft.

great moves so far

their defense should be a real strength next year, Seymour and Houston with McClain in the middle stopping the run should be great. Aso shutting down 1 side of the field as well

hoping they go OT the rest of the way outside of 1 QB, someone like Lefevour would be great

I'm happy with the Mays pick; I didn't think he would fall that far.

ya Mays has to offer value at this point, the defense last season at USC was not good (it happens when you have the entire LB core and 2 other first round picks leave in the last draft)

I think he is gonna be a solid pro, 49ers having a good draft so far

I would like to see them jump back into the second round and grab Campbell or the USC OT. Use the rest of the draft to get a skill guy on offense, OL help and someone like Lefevour or Pike.

For a team that figures to be a Super Bowl contender this season, that has All Day and Tomlinson in the backfield already, taking a running back seems a bit weird.

Edit: I forgot that LT ended up going to the Jets for some reason I remembered him meeting with the Vikings and thought he was there.
