The Smoke Eaters hope to have a strong finish to the season against 10th place Missing Link.

Oh come on Flamez go big against Milleteers, you don't want to get auto-relegated!
I had a very strong second half of the season and if all goes well on the last day I could end up in 9th place. 10th would be the best though because 15th place is an inactive team while 16th is active.

Smokies finish out the season in 15th place, thus avoiding auto-relegation! On to face the 10th place Coal Harbour Captains who took the season series 4-1.
Best of luck to everyone in the playoffs.

Well, even playing on high I couldn't avoid the auto-relegation and finish in 17
Ah well, back down to div IV to tear it up I guess and hope to bounce back strong! I'm considering selling off a few players and just concentrating on facilities again next year as I doubt I'll have trouble making the playoffs.

Wow looking good at least! Blow my Jersey's out of the water
BTW, this is a perfect time for you to do a training camp now that you have to do the relegation round, get your starters trained up for that series so you can stay in div III, Anyways that's what I'm going to do if I lose tomorrow --> My series is at 1-1 with him winning at home today 5-0
I got so unlucky with the seeding, all three other teams I could have played this round are much worse than the Acadiens, but I got the tough one so got to play on high tomorrow.

Thanks! I'm a fan of your home's.
Damnit, I've burned my two camps for season 6. I think my forwards are decent, need work on shooting. Goales are alright: 19 y/o 110/57/57, 25 y/o 100/46/43, 18 y/o 98/53/53, 15 y/o 81/39/41. Dmen could use an overall upgrade, need a couple guys with 100+ primary.

Nice jerseys there Chalms. I too burned my training camps.
On the bright side, I just started training facility lvl 9, and looks like I'll win all my playoff games against no-names and newbies
Is there any way to tell what div I'll be demoted too?

If you end up:
17th --> IV.12
18th --> IV.11
19th --> IV.10
20th --> IV.9

Damn, I was stoked that I'll be up to level 7 in 3 days. Starting building 8 immediately after.
Just got a blue chip D prospect back from injury, so I'm glad he can start training again!

Finished 15th in the playoff round. Off to face the 2nd place team from IV.10 in relegation. Looks to be a fairly even matchup based on team strength.
The Bucs are in the promotion round vs. the 2nd place team in III.3, who oddly decided to tank in the finals. Only thing I can think of, is they want to stay down to dominate again next season.

Finished 15th - I should win this regulation round fairly easily. 38 vs. 28 team str.

Phew, staying in III.3 by the skin of my teeth. Lost game one 4:1, but battled back to win game two 4:3, and game three 3:2 in a shootout.
Accepted my first day's TV deal: ***** $5m total, $500k weekly.
First sponsor deal sucked: *** $49.4m total, 3.0m weekly.

Nice! Good job staying in III.3, maybe you'll fight for a playoff spot this season! Just added a 5 million dollar defensemen, probably overpaid but needed a strong RD pretty badly. Now just need my goalie prospects to actually get good and I'll be set.

Took my 2nd sponsor deal: **** $51m, $3.2m weekly. 20k a week less than my season 6 deal.
Also got a couple decent prospects from the academy, can't wait to be able to run a camp again.

Won my openning game 10-1 against probably one of the better teams in IV.12...next few games against no-names practically. At least I'll get to play around with the new tactics!
Good luck to all in season 7, hope to be back in Div III next year!

Also on a one game winning streak! Don't play a noname until game 15, so it will probably have a manager by then. Beefed up my sports academy last season, so now I can send a full camp of 12 players. Will post my lineup when camp's done!

Not looking good so far this season, 0-3 to start and 2 of them were against winnable teams.
This was looking like *the season* to sneak into to 7th-10th spot, but perhaps not.

Ya I'm having a rough start as well, but 2 of the 3 teams I've played are 1st and 2nd place right now, so I'm hoping it was just the case of a rough schedule to start, and not that my team is going to suck this year. I really need a better goalie though.
