I agree, but I still get urked by this type of statement because it is baseless in that there is no way to prove that, so what if they are more talanted, on any given day....
"3 TD's at least" - how do you get that number?

Based on the talent difference.
Sure any team can lose any day but that USC team was awesome and destroyed a very good Oklahoma team.
The 3 TD's is artibitrary and likely low considering what they did to an Oklahoma team that was more talented than Utah that season.
They may be no way to prove it for sure but you can watch the teams and make reasonable assumptions as to what would happen and there is no reasonable argument to say that Utah would have had a chance against a much better USC team. (or even much better Oklahoma or Auburn teams)

Haha not like anyone cares but Im watching the Fresno State and San Jose State game (I went to SJSU and go there right now for grad school)....whomever wins this game gets to go to a bowl game I think. Boise will go to one for sure, but I think I heard them say that the winner will get to go to 1. Cool

Wow. Notre Dame loses to Syracuse. One of the worst teams in the country.
Say hello to hell Charlie Weiss.

Did I hear right when they said it was Joe Paterno's first Rose Bowl or was I hallucinating? And I probably spelled his name wrong.

So, my son and I got to Council Grove, KS..a mere 40 miles from Manhattan before I realized I had left the tickets at home.
Nice drive.

Way to go dad!!!!!
I was wondering how TT may look against a team that played defense.....and I am getting my answer.
Oklahoma just look superior to them at this point.
How bad is ND? Losing at home to Syracuse? Unacceptable. Weiss has to be feeling uneasy.

Man, did I ever get it from him. He was not impressed.
I had to make an NFL promise to set things straight.

Wow. TT can't handle the road noise and the OK defense.
Absolute stomping.
OK will run up the score to get BCS points

I'm still a Beaver believer!!! Go OSU!
USC fans have been rationalizing their possible denial of a Pac-10 title by saying they'd rather play in a different BCS game anyhow. Have a chance to get away from playing Big Ten opponents, etc. That's fine, whatever makes them sleep better at night.
Good on the Montana Grizzlies by reviving the copper and gold uniforms!!! I'm a Bobcat fan, but that was a cool move.

Oh wow, I would've loved to have seen that.
I wonder if MSU will get in the playoffs. They may have needed to win that one.
Glad EWU knocked off Weber in Ogden.
Let the greatness that is NCAA football playoffs begin!

But I have been informed, repeatedly, that the regular season becomes useless with a playoff system!!

I would like to see them play someone other than a Big 10 team as well...only because they roll whomever they play from that conference as of late. Doesn't help me sleep much better, but it makes things a bit different/interesting.
In fact this year, I would LOVE to see them play whomever out of the Big 12 that doesnt get the NC game. Any one of those video game like offenses against the best defense the NCAA has seen in decades....would be a good match up IMO.
