It is endlessly frustrating as an anti-Oiler fan that it feels like "everyone" knows that Skinner sucks, and to 'solve' him you just need to put shots onto him.

Then teams go and put 20 or less shots on him a game.

The one area where Edmonton has an advantage is Center and that's just magnified with Hintz gone. If they don't get him back I'm not sure they can win this series.

Oilers have gotten a lot of good fortune so far.

Round 1: Vegas loses to Anaheim the final game of the season which means they play a free falling LA team instead

Round 2: Vancouver without Demko or Boeser takes them to 7 games

Round 3: Start the series vs Dallas with no Hintz and with Oettinger not 100%.

You need good luck to win a cup / make the finals and Edmonton has had horseshoes so far.
