Maybe the Egyptian place in Eau Claire got the contract to build out the Chinook Theater?

Did I just solve how that place has been in business for all these years.

To annoy everyone, obviously.

Since it's a provincial highway, for deerfoot check out the Alberta Transportation website. Specifically for anything over the next few years deerfootimprovments.ca will be relevant

I'm a little baffled at the ultra popularity level of Taylor Swift. I've heard plenty of her songs and they're decent enough pop fare, but my wife has been watching her concert thing on Netflix and I don't get her massive draw. Her live voice is average at best, same with the dance choreography, and she's not riding on pure sex appeal. I mean she's talented enough to have some hit songs for sure, but I don't understand being ranked as the most popular singer in the world

Or why glenmore goes down to 60 for that 300 meter stretch when there is literally nobody working there 99% of the time.

She lyrical writes the plight of the white women/teenager. She also has put herself in nostalgia land where kids who liked her in highschool have kids who like Taylor Swift.

Where can I go to get the Japanese Village main course menu, while sitting at a table? Addicted to steak sauce, but don't usually need all the extra courses and the teppanyaki experience.

Her songs are fun and catchy. Did you happen to see the crowd while watching the live concert? her appeal isn't 40-55 Calgarypuck aged Male

Do tattoos block UV? I think it would be cool if you could get some kind of clear tattoo that just acted like sunscreen.

They do not. Actually increases UV absorption

How much of that increase is due to the colour of the tattoo? Do it all in a reflective silver colour and be cool in so many ways.

I can say that the black parts of my tattoos get significantly hotter than my bare skin, the coloured parts of it don’t seem to feel as hot to the touch but it is hard to tell as the black parts are a sort of “filler” for extra space around the coloured areas.

Couple of random questions for the day:

1). What's your go to store for tools? CT is ok, as is Rona but there must be something better? Need a new breaker bar and really interested in a set of ratchet wrenches.

2). Anyone have experience with trailer wiring? Specifically good quality wire terminators that are relatively weather proof?

Lee Valley, but that’s more for wood working. KMS is disorganized, kind of dirty and the staff aren’t very helpful, but they have a huge selection (if you can find what you’re looking for) and good prices.

I know it’s not directly answering your question but if anyone is ever buying power tools and has an account at Calgary fasteners, Calgary bolt supply or similar places, wait for your power tool brands demo days.

I needed a new set of cordless tools as my old ones from my sparky days were slowly dying off. Well I picked up a sick set of Milwaukee cordless tools and even though I paid regular price, both the supplier and Milwaukee kicked in a free battery each (1x 8AH and 1x 6AH fast charging) which would have totaled a bit over $500.

I usually check Facebook for tools, there's often someone selling nearly new for cheaper.

Amazon (or even Ali Express / Temu) if I really don't care about quality and am ok with some cheap stuff.

Princess Auto and Canadian Tire are usually the next up.

Then the box stores Rona/Home Depot

Then Lee Valley
