Nice guy, but his 90's style trap hockey can FOAD. I hope Dallas turfs him just so I don't dread every Flames/Stars matchup

It's funny but that type of shot is a pain because as the goalie, you see the rebound go sharp like that and think, "I've got time, that's a bad angle" and then boom, top cormer and you realize you really needed to hug that post.

I am so impressed with Backlund he has been so good and just skating so well. He has been a difference maker all series.

Backlund may have been the best skater after Gaudreau tonight.

Not me I ran end to end of the house whooping and a hollering. Finished my second lap with a knee slide on the kitchen floor.

What a game. The best part is the memories we make because of Johnny’s winner. Tonight one of the greatest memory was made with my daughter. Now to the next round… the stress in my household (wife’s an oilers fan and my son loves McDavid even though his middle name is Jarome) is going to be insane.

It's funny, Loubardias a couple of times on the post game show has referenced some guys not playing their best. The first line did have a couple of massive breakdowns, I guess that's what he is referring to.
It's wild for how much the Flames carried the play, the Stars did have some great chances.
What a hockey game.

Roope Hintz had some sort of reaction to a medication/treatment just minutes before the game, according to Bowness.

Hanifin had a pretty rough game. Was getting pretty nervous with him in our own end. He better step up against the Oil.

Lindy was quiet as well as a goat on the first goal, and Zadorov was kind of fumbly with the puck.

I saw comments about Hanifin in the GT but I really didn’t see a bad game out of him.

Jarnkrok made a key back check on the same shift he almost scored. Flames were getting stuck along the boards in the 3rd and OT and Dallas was coming through the middle. Jarnkrok made a huge back check to take away a trailer on a 3 on 2.

I love that both Tkachuk and Toffoli scored this game. They'll be a little looser for the next series.
