It's not all the goalies fault. But he definitely hasn't stolen us a game since the start of these season. He hasn't even made a great save in a while.

The numbers don’t lie, Markstrom has been a below average goalie this year.

Didn’t think he would repeat his contract season but he’s better than this.

Sure. But at some point your goalie has to make a save regardless of who the player is. Otherwise Ovechkin would have 300 goals a season. Markstrom probably doesn’t deserve the piling on but he’s kind of sucked.

None of the goals are “soft” but he needs to make a big and timely save and it hasn’t happened since he’s been injured
