Did anyone see what the Flames fan did to Kassian when he left the ice after he got the double minor? I just saw the aftermath with Kassian yelling at him and the fan getting ejected.

I don’t blame Kassian. I’m guessing after he got laid out by Tkachuk the first time, he did “take a number”. The only problem was that he was laying on the ice when he looked up at Tkachuk’s jersey.
The big dummy then spent the rest of the game looking for #61, and was probably getting frustrated he could never find him.

Ah these are the best sunday mornings. I even fired up my old hf account to stir up the grief among those paste eaters. The tears are absolutley delicious.

I love Rasmus’ hate for the No Goods. He’s gonna be a fan favourite for a long time.

Spector/staples have written so much embarrassing and off base drivel in the last 10 years I find it totally remarkable that they can still look themselves in the mirror after all this time. At what point did they lose their self respect I wonder? Their alcoholism is well earned at least

Hard to justify no suspension for Kassian after they handed Lucic a game for punching Zadorov once. Although the situations are a bit different. A Kassian suspension is kind of a penalty to the Flames anyways.

Wasn't Hughson also the one saying "you can't call a charge on that?" when referring to the Tkachuk hit. Where the other commentator said "no, it's clean".
Or was it vice-versa?

Serious question, but can the city as a whole work to damage Roger's (the company?) We shouldnt have to put up with Oilers cro magnons audibly drooling on our tv screens during flames broadcasts. Third rate corporation that should be jettisoned from our collective bubble for not appreciating us

It will take multiple hours to dig through all of the mental gymnastics going on over there and assemble something. If you want some light reading and a great laugh I recommend putting on a hazmat suit and heading over for a peek.

It's clear as day that Sportsnet doesn't care for Flames, and are moving on from covering them at the end of this season, and sticking with their darling Oilers. So even though it may be a national game, it's truly a Oilers broadcast.
Couldn't be anymore in favour of commentary and analysis for a team that has been the worst in the league for this entire millennium thus far.

Kassian bragging about not being a 4th liner anymore due to his 13 goals was the highlight of the night!
Can't wait to see Lucic get his hands on him

A lot of really stupid Oiler fans in the twitterverse. General consensus seems to be they care more about watching Tkachuk get punched a few times than leading the division. I don't get it myself, but I guess if watching clips of McDavid goals and Kassian being a moron gets you through the dog days of April more power to you

You are right but as soon as the replay went Hughson quickly agreed with Simpson that it was a clean hit.
