Yeah, that was painful. Not worthy of a national broadcast at all.

It's going perfectly to script so far.

Eke one out against the Canucks in game one. Sound the horns and beat the drums. Talk about players finding a new gear as Oilers, and hidden talents like Nygard, and everything is way better now, Tippett was the missing key! Neal is shooting like a man possessed. A couple hype articles later and it's playoffs then inevitable championships. All before the drop of the puck for game 2.

Book. It.

Beauty goal by Smith. 4-1 Vegas.

This game has been about 300x better than the garbage in Edmonton.

Pretty hilarious sequence by the Sharks tripping over themselves leading to that goal too.

Smith looks like a superstar tonight. Puck just following him around.

Huge lose for that squad. They don't look the same. I know it's just one game, and they will be competitive, but I don't think they're going to be just handed a playoff spot this year, they'll have to battle pretty hard to hold onto one.

Did Pierre say they didn't see each other? Maybe not for a second or so, but Nosek cross-checked him right in the face. He saw him.

A 2 minute penalty? I think the league might look at that. Could add a fine or one game onto that.

Looked like Nosek saw him late and tried to jump around Labanc, but Labanc put the brakes on last second to avoid contact and instead they ran into each other anyways.

Ugly play for Nosek to get his stick up regardless.

Fair enough, but he did see him with enough time to get a cross check into the face. Ugly. Hope Lebanc is okay.

No 3 point games in the Pacific. That's as good as we could ask for, I guess.

You are correct.
I mentioned that earlier. The Knights are playing as if it is a playoff game. They are still angry about the bad call in the playoff game.

Yeah. You put Edmonton and Vancouver in a game. Some awful team has to get points.

Two wrongs don’t make a right.

Can’t wait for more of the good teams to start their seasons

Obligatory:

I intentionally did not count the Canucks-Oilers game as the 4th game for humour because E and V=NG. Good posts guys.
