BS, it's complete damage control. Many other mainstream media is reporting that it did occur. All three of those parties have a vested interest in ensuring this doesn't go further.

hahaha you're hilarious. It makes me laugh that you're so angry that this isn't true. But you're right must be my blinders. You're lack of bias is something that I can only dream of.
Not that every single party involved is saying that Arash Madani made up a story that is 3 months old. Or maybe Arash is as bad at reading as he is at reporting and confused Redskins with Roughriders. I guess they do both start with R. That is the only team linked with Hardy.

Gary Lawless says that the league was in contact with the Riders regarding putting Hardy on their neg list:
TSN's Gary Lawless went on to report that while the league did discuss the matter with the Roughriders, it was ultimately Saskatchewan's decision not to place Hardy on their negotiation list back in May.
