Question about how this will change the rebuilding program that has already been under way.
-I don't think it makes a whole hell of a lot of difference
-I am not a patient person, I was born impatient I will die that way
-The rebuild can't come as fast as I would like it to come
-Trade freeze anyway

What are you looking to bring in for replacements?
-We have to replace 2 people, we are going to need expertise in terms of where we are going to pick in the draft
-We have to get these picks right
-The only rainbow on a tough year is to get those picks right
-You gotta hit a home run like Jay did with Monahan
-These two people will have to have expertise in that area
