I'd rather listen to Charlie phone it in than Kerr constantly tripping over his words and guffawing about suffering a birthday or elaborating for 35 seconds of play about how he mixed up Stempniak and Monahan's numbers.

Colborne looks like he's at the bus stop. Waiting around to be a passenger.

Yeah. That was a tough little segment for Kerr. Sometimes I wonder if the word guffaw wasn't crafted for him specifically.

Love it. Useless player.

"Lots of former Rangers on the ice for Columbus."
Yeah Rob. That's what happens when you trade Nash to New York.

He doesn't look that slow to me. Its more his stride being longer then most.

He looked like a colt on a couple of those shifts.. Typical of long-legged players.. I hope we have an amazing power skating coach..

Plus the Gaborik trade.
Then Kerr says "Comeau played for the Islanders if that counts...".
No, a former Islander does not count as a former Ranger. This guy is so bad at his job in every possible way.

Stats after 2
Colborne's shifts are too long, fewer shifts than Sven and Monahan, but two minutes more ice time. It's no wonder he's slow-ish, he's probably tired.

Backlund only center with good faceoff stats. Everyone else: horrible.

At least he is throwing his body around. Not a fan of him getting as much playing time as Monahan and Sven.

Meanwhile, elsewhere in Ohio, the Heat are playing the Lake Erie Monsters (Colorado's farm club) in Cleveland, and currently lead 2-1 halfway through the second.
Billins from Knight and Reinhart on the PP, and MacKenzie from Jones with the Heat goals.

Still really struggling on face offs but the team is working real hard to get the puck back every time.
Lots of chances for the foward, great back check from McGratton, everyone seems to have bought in so far.
