The Flames are no better or worse with Kipper in the net.

Tangs didn't even shoot that, he passed it to the back of the net.

It's nice to sit here and blame Kipper for every goal that goes in; however, when your entire team is unwilling and/or unable to play the physical game in its own zone that is required in the NHL, it truly doesn't matter who's in net. Look at that third goal - Voynov should've been on his wallet three seconds before he made the pass to Lewis. They let a little soft defenseman walk right in on them untouched!

This team is too damn soft. That's the problem here.

Pretty goal by Tangs and Gio. I hope they get themselves angry for the 2nd period.

Agree with the sentiment, the Flames are too soft. But that doesn't mean we can't criticize Kiprusoff's play. He's letting in goals the old (young) Kiprusoff would have stopped.

Come on boys, still in it. Just win this game and shut everyone up for at least a night.

Both of the last two were seeing eye shots off the posts. They were precision shots, and bad plays allowing them to get those shots off and in setting them up.
With the goal waived off (and I bet wouldve possible gone in without the interference) Flames are still ok with that last goal.
Looks like Clifford got Iginla fired up at the end of the period.

I really like Kipp, but if he can't keep u in the game, we SHOULD have MacD in net. MacD did pretty good when Kipp was out, and i'm having a hard time putting faith in kipp.
