Late to the party, but man did Baltimore look impressive last night.
At this point in time, I think New England, Baltimore, and Houston are all established as being miles ahead of everyone else in the AFC right now, and that Denver might be able to get into that group. I really can't see any other team in the AFC being able to beat any of those teams when it really counts. Unlike the NFC, I don't think any of the other teams will be able to get hot at the end of the season and go on a playoff run. The talent gap between those 4 and the rest is too significant.

Baltimore's O-line is pretty scary, not in a good way.
This is the only thing that keeps me from thinking Baltimore will blow out Philly next weekend. Otherwise, I'm thinking it's going to be an ugly game for the Eagles. Andy Reid is 4-9 in home openers as a head coach, and hasn't won a home-opener since 2008.
As if reaching his 200th consecutive start on Sunday wasn’t enough, Hall of Fame-bound CB Ronde Barber celebrated the occasion with a dominant performance that has earned him NFC Defensive Player of the Week honors
The Pats are better than last year. They can run the ball now with Ridley, and the defence is improved, especially the run defence.
Manning (if he stays healthy) makes DEN very competitive. I don't think they will be losing any home games.
I'm not sold yet that BAL and HOU have the QBs when push comes to shove vs Brady and Manning.
I would not count out the Steelers.
Check AFC Championship game last year. I think Flacco proved he can step up. Would like to see it happen again, but he is making strides to be dependable when needed.
Schaub may have had a chance last year, but I think he'll get another chance this year baring injury to see if he can take that next step.
Nice second round pick, Andy/Howie. Happy to see Gilyard back on the team.
I read back on the draft analysis for Jarrett and the general consensus was that the Eagles got a good player there. He might have been taken a little early but not by much. He could not adapt his game to the speed of the NFL.
It is a temp move for Gilyard, he will be let go once all the receivers are healthy. He looked half decent in preseason though.
I'm hoping the pass rush or the Eagles is on another level thans Cincy's and put a ton more pressure on Flacco. Looks like the Eagles will have to lean on the D until Vick gets sorted out. Or you know, actually use one of teh best running backs in the game? Stupid Reid.
I really like Colt Anderson as well. Apparently he's almost ready to go again, too.
Montana Grizzly, and more importantly, Montana kid. Just sayin'.
