Yeah, I posted a while ago in this thread how they were one of the great story lines to this season, and yet they've totally exceeded my expectations. They're now into 'worst of all time' territory. Of course, it'll all be a bit of a let-down if they get the first overall draft pick, but if their losing season ends with them needing to settle for some lesser draft pick, I'll be very happy. The most amusing outcome would be them drafting MKG, who is often said to have ex-bobcat Gerald Wallace as his upside projection.

One trend that has got even worse this year is 'resting' starters for the playoffs. Both Miami and Boston have something to play for tonight, but they have a total of 2 regular starters playing tonight, and it shows. After 6 minutes, it's 11-0 Miami.

Easily one of the worst suspensions the NBA's done. He's a repeat offender, it was obviously intentional, he denied doing it intentionally, and the guy is injured. If players even fart on the court the NBA punishes them, but the guy intentionally tried to injure another guy, to his head, and the NBA of all leagues, does basically nothing. I don't get it.

It likely depends who Miami is playing. Afternoon games will be the ABC games, so obviously they will choose the matchups with the highest ratings potential. If Miami gets matched up with New York, then its a lock they'll play in the afternoon.
