Man God is just getting lazy these days. Can't even show up for his own party.
PeteLFan, was that store bought wine or miracle water to wine? I'd have to think the latter is a bit more potent.
Since he kept saying that the day wasn't over there so he's not going to say Judgment Day is not going to happen, I asked him how he rationalizes that to himself when it's already May 22nd in other parts of the world and the Rapture hasn't come, and if he can see why those that don't believe what he believes view it so critically.
The online feed went off at the same time as I told him I wanted to ask this second question, and went up again soon as he answered me. Of course, his answer was basically just a repetition of what he kept saying the whole time on there, and didn't really answer my question: "god will shut the door when he wants to." This, of course, contradicts the answer he gave for my first question, which was referencing Matthew 24:36, that nobody but the "father" would know the day of judgment, and why he believes he has the ability to know the answer to this when his Bible claims he can't. He did say that he can see why others may view it critically and as false, though.
I felt kind of bad for him the way everyone was ripping him on the phone, yet he remained pretty patient and good natured. Honestly, more than laughing at these believers in the apocalypse, I feel bad that a person can dedicate themselves so fully to a belief and have it be shown to be baseless and meaningless. Maybe not his belief in a "God," but this whole May 21st nonsense. He was obviously rationalizing it to himself the best he could, though, by claiming today as a "spiritual" day of judgment, whatever the hell that means.

I was really hoping for lighter traffic and shorter lineups. I was out today and thought it might be starting! Then I remembered that everyone is out of town for the long weekend.
I would like to see some proof where this Camping is makeing money off those who have sent money into his ministry. Don't get me wrong; I don't like or support the guy. He is a false teacher. But is there any proof that he did this for money?
from what I've read Camping has never taken a salary out of his ministry. If that is true one would wonder where he gets his money. Also, the ministry's bank account has hovered around 1 1/2 million last couple times it was reported. That's pretty modest for a ministry of this size. Most of the ministry's assets are supposed to be tied up in its radio stations.
My question is: Is this guy a con-man or is he just lousy at math?
