That's probably a better disclaimer.

Saying "I haven't made up my mind but here's why we should legalize" makes it seem like we're supposed to find your argument more credible because you've said that you're neutral on the issue, when it's really quite obvious that you've taken a position.

I don't believe this was done with intent to mislead, so I'm more amused by it than anything.

I really do hope they legalize it.

I would like to stop off at the liquor store on the way home from work on a Friday and buy a couple of joints rather than a larger amount that I have to buy now (If that would be one of the ways they would sell it)
I love pot too much to have it in my home on a Monday morning.

That's moronic. If you're high, you're too high to drive. That's so basic I can't believe you need to be told.

Ya I don't think it's any secret on my stance with weed personally. Probably shouldn't have written the first post stoned to begin with.

I don't deny looking at it from a pro-legalization stance but not just because I smoke it or want to see it legalized for personal reasons or gain. If anything the reasons why I would want to keep it illegal would be more for personal reasons than legalization.

It shouldn't be something we rush into as a nation but it should at least be talked about not only for the tax revenue/savings but also for things like slowing down gang activity with their biggest revenue supply and controlling who can buy it and from where. Studies have shown children/teens find it easier to get hard drugs than alcohol or cigarettes.

For me it's frustrating how someone can smoke a pack a cigarettes a day or have a 6-pack after work or can pop a bottle of pills to relieve pain but if you light up a joint you turn into a criminal. The lesser of all the evils.

IMO it comes down to education. We need to re-educate ourselves as a population on the real dangers and benefits of Marijuana instead of still believing the propaganda that goes back to the 20s. It shouldn't be lumped in with cocaine, heroin, meth, etc. but for some odd reason it continues to be.
