^ It's no secret that I'm a Riders fan, but I agree with corporatejay. You're on a Calgary board man, let it be.

Burris and Calvillo are heads and shoulders above any other QB in the league, so even if we had our choice of QB's why would you downgrade the position and get a weaker player?

Considering that the second level guys like Glenn, Jyles, Pierce, Lulay aren't going to be available then you are left with a 3rd tier/back-up/retread like Tate, Printers, Joseph, Dinwiddie.

Burris takes way too much of the blame for losses that weren't his fault. It is odd because he is a nice guy, great player and does everything the right way. He is a guy that fans should be happy to have and trying to figure out ways to keep instead it seems people always want to run him out of town.

Sorry, I thought I was on a Flames board. Surprized that a little gentle ribbing is getting taken with so much offense. Fact is I like Burris. I also remember a time when Rider fans were wanting heads for letting him go to Calgary.

Dude... it's not FlamesPuck it's CalgaryPuck.

Anyways, I bet the Als are glad the Riders won. They were concerned about the Stampeders' ability to count.

Montreal is seriously going to lay a complete beating on the Riders. The only hope the pieces of crap in green have is if Montreal is complacent, having beaten these chumps last year.

You only dump Burris if you have someone you know can take over.

if the conditions are similar to the west final i could see saskatchewan having a pretty good edge since they're probably more used to those types of conditions. also in those types of conditions durant running is a huge plus
