I'm glad to say I'm taking part. Wife wasn't to keen on it in the first place. However, since it is for a very worthy cause she has given in. I'm going to be going for a nice handlebar moustache myself. My in laws said they would double their donation if I rocked the handlebar. So it will be done.

I'm late jumping into this thread however I haven't shaved since November 1.

Being blonde I've never even attempted to grow facial hair before, so this is an experiment for me. At school they're taking bets on best moustache and worst moustache, I'm not embarrassed to say I'm leading the way in the "worst moustache" category bets.

Probably because somebody thought it up during Breast Cancer awareness month, which is in October, and wanted to get going on Prostrate Cancer awareness month. It started in Australia in the late 90s, but I don't know exactly how it started and why it started like it did.
