Whatever man, you knew creativity had hit a new level when Newton's sidekick was introduced, and they named him Notwen (Newton backwards). All he did was run around and pipe on his puss ass flute.

No notwen was the one who took newtons place as herc's best friend much to newton's dismay. It all turned out to be a bad dream of Newton's. You are thinking of toot. [/b][/quote]

Hercules,
winner of ancient glory
fighting for the right
fighting with his might
with the strength of ten
ordinary men
Hercules,
people are safe when near him
Hercules,
only the evil fear him
softness in his eyes
iron in his thighs
virtue in his heart
fire in every part
of the mighty
Hercules!
hahahaha
Gotta love google!
Edit: I PITY THE FOOL who just read that and now can't get the theme outta their head

Like herculesss like herculessss.
Whenever, whenever, i'm in trouble, he gets there, he gets there,

Yup, he was the main bad guy, Daedalus.
Also, Wilameena and the Iron Mask were frequent evildoers, mostly against the effeminate prince, I forget his name though...

It was Timmin or something like that.
Does anyone rememeber the "Max: The 3000 Year Old Mouse" cartoon shorts that used to be on around the same time Hercules was on? It seems like no one remembers that but me.
Or how about the old WWF cartoon on Staurday mornings. That was bad.

Band of brothers, marching together.
Heads held high in all kinds of weather.
With fiery blasts, our roaring rockets rise,
Beyond the Earth, beyond the skies!
At the sight of Robin, take your stand,
With the gallant leader of our band.
Send a joyous shout throughout the land!
For Rocket Robin Hood!

Hey I remember Max the Mouse. Buckshot (local Calgary celeb) played his little historical tidbits at lunchtime. Or it might have run during either Inspector Gadget or Transformers after school.
That mouse knew more about history than Bill and Ted combined.
I also sort of remember the WWF cartoon. They were more like superheroes than wrestlers, right? Saving the world and that kind of thing. The only episode I remember specifically is when they had to go underwater to foil some diabolical scheme and doing so involved a large wrench and only wrestlers (as the strongest people in the world) could turn that wrench. Why I remember that one is because they were very deep in the ocean, talking to each other, but none of them was wearing any sort of breathing apparatus and they were not at all concerned with oxygen.
Just because I was watching a cartoon about wrestlers they thought I was stupid? Pffft.

How about Pro-Stars?
Pro-Stars
I love their description:
Pro athletes fighting crime... I don't think America could pay Bo Jackson, Michael Jordan, and Wayne Gretzky enough money to fight crime. Pro athletes are not generally brave or selfless.
Remember Pro-Stars cereal?
