VR- 20 minutes to downtown, 3 mins to COP, and 2 mins to the Highway. We don't really notice a lack of amenities, and the kids get bussed to charter schools anyway. I really like it here, if we move up to a bigger house, we'd probably stay in this area.
We've decided to buy in Aspen Hills, but appreciate all the info... Grew up in upper Strathcona, so I am more familiar with "the hill" as opposed to "the valley".
