I thought I had already read that 2 years ago and was right. That's from 2008 and referring to the NBC produced version, has nothing to do with the modern incarnation as cable channels wouldn't be subject to the same advertising pressure as a major network.

Leno would have been perfect for this, he was great when he went in and did the Star in a reasonably priced car

and when May was in California looking at Hydrogen cars Leno was good as well

Ya I figured History would be a bit different than NBC. So hopefully they do a pretty good job. As long as they focus a bit on the personalities and have some guys who genuinely love cars, it should be watchable.

I'd rather History Channel just gave money to BBC to produce more than a 6 episode series.

Still upset about that.
