Good luck to everyone writing! I might buckle down and try level one in December. Haven't signed up yet, but I have the books and have started reading...

Oh god. I was much more stressed waiting for that email then I ever was during or in the days leading up to the exam. I hope everyone gets some good news.

Still waiting on my e-mail. I'm actually pretty relaxed about it for some reason. Best of luck everyone, and congrats to all who passed,

Ugh, still have two more weeks for Level III results. They take so long that by the time I get them, I am pretty much indifferent to the results. Best of luck and congrats to those who passed. No shame for those who did not make it. Keep trucking.

CFA Institute says 38% passed level one and 42% passed level two this time around.

I agree completely. Not to mention I was totally relaxed leading up until today but now my stomach is loaded with butterflies. The 42% level II pass rate is buoying my hopes though.

It appears to be getting lower and lower. No surprise as the number of candidates continues to grow.

Just received my level 2 results.

Bad news for me as now I have to study for level 3 next spring.

(had I failed, I would've given up on the program).

Swing and a miss on level 2 this year for me. Will likely queue up for some more punishment next June.

I've paid to write L2 four times, but this was the only time I've actually written the exam (or studied).

Looking at my results, I must've been a borderline case as only 5 of the 10 sections were >70%, 4 were 50 - 70 and one was < 50. Comparatively speaking, when I passed level 1 in '06 only one section was graded less than 70%.

Considering the time I spent studying (being unemployed) and how I felt after the exam, my results are far more marginal than I would've expected (plus a couple areas I felt unsure about were >70 while others that I was confident with were below 70).
