The story I posted is true, no they don't sell pot and it almost seems like a billing error on their part. And they have been paying their bills every month on time. Their bills are probably a little higher than normal as they have a couple of fish tanks and some lizard thing too.

They also screwed up my bill too.... except they kept billing us for the house I used to live in (moved out in August) and they billed us for the current house I live in... thus we were getting double billed for about 4 months (and yes I did advise them to cancel the account at the old address at the same time I had them start up a new account at my new address).... what a cluster######.
I got a random call out of the blue from them last winter saying they're closing my account and will no longer be providing me with heat or power. I called them up to figure out what the hell was going on and apparently someone called up and cancelled my account somehow. Still not exactly sure what happened. They may have written down the wrong account number on a cancellation order or something?

I had a Direct Energy person come to my door yesterday. He identified who he was with. I said "I DO NOT want to talk to you." His eyes got real big and he didn't even say anything and turned around and walked away.
