Enmax is one screwed up company...
They also screwed up my bill too.... except they kept billing us for the house I used to live in (moved out in August) and they billed us for the current house I live in... thus we were getting double billed for about 4 months (and yes I did advise them to cancel the account at the old address at the same time I had them start up a new account at my new address).... what a cluster######.

I got a random call out of the blue from them last winter saying they're closing my account and will no longer be providing me with heat or power. I called them up to figure out what the hell was going on and apparently someone called up and cancelled my account somehow. Still not exactly sure what happened. They may have written down the wrong account number on a cancellation order or something?
