It is... LFP is 5% +1% each month up to 17% for the first time late, 2nd time late within 4 years is 10% + 2% each month.

Most people have way more then a T4 they are waiting for. I know with me i have T4, a T4 PS, T5008, T5013, T5 and T3 slips that all come, and many i don't get until late April due to errors etc.

adjustments aren't considered late. As long as you request the adjustment there will be no penalties charged, just interest on any balance outstanding. The only time penalties get charged on adjustments is if CRA does them for you and it's not your first time forgetting to claim income on your return.

The form for an adjustment us on the CRA website. I believe it's the T1-ADJ. I'm relying on memory here.
