What an awesome comeback from down 3 games to 1. Hopefully this wakes up the local fans and they come out to support the team! Go Heat!

I'd say you could count on it. Alas, I prefer the idea of him being in the OHL final, and hopefully, the Memorial Cup.

Plus, the AHL playoffs might still be going if the Heat manage to make it that far, and if Nemisz makes it all the way to the Memorial Cup, once that is over he could come play for the Heat.

Let's hope the Habs win this game 7 and Subban stays with them for round 2. Makes the Bulldogs way easier to play.

Bouma has been called up to the Heat, per Vancouver Giants website.

Idiots.

fortunately, that is not the case. All 3 Heat home games in the 2nd round will be nights when the Canucks/Hawks are not playing

After games Thursday and Saturday in Hamilton, the Heat road warriors will play home games next week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, which will be dark nights for the Canucks, who'll be playing Monday, Wednesday and Friday next week after opening their series against the Blackhawks Saturday in Chicago.

That was a great article about the Heat and trying to gather support for a new team.
It's really unfortunate that in the two years that the Knights were in Omaha and the two years in the Quad Cities, I failed to find one article that attempted to have a similarly positive outlook on the team.
Despite our best efforts in Omaha there was too much resistance from the media to promote the team.
This is definitely a step in the right direction for Abbotsford and the longevity of the Heat.
