I did that cmd prompt test and it was my USB root hub that woke it up. I have a wireless mouse adapter I keep in there all the times... took it out and it seems to work. Well I actually moved it to another slot since it's one of those nano ones and I wouldn't know where to put it anyways

Disable all the wake on features in the bios. Disable all the wake on options of suspect devices in device manager, especially the network and USB devices.

Use your laptop on hibernation mode instead of sleep mode.
