I've had the Costco one for 4 years, and it is still in excellent condition. It included all the wood, was all pre-cut and pre-drilled, and was all excellent quality cedar. It took 2 of us a full weekend to build it though. The kids love it.

Buy the Costco kits or the Timberland kits from Home Depot/Rona.

The Can Tire/Walmart ones are cheap and crappy. I can swing on my HD kit.
