Stoly 'n Soda. If I'm feeling particularily randy that night, Vanilla Stoly 'n Soda. Tastes like a vanilla float with 1% of the calories.

mmmmm....booooze.....as for rye, I like Gibsons however Alberta Springs will do in a pinch. straight up over ice, maybe a drop of coke(I always get the cola on the side in the bar.) Its gotta be Old Sam and Pepsi in my dark and dirty's and a decent red wine is always nice. Martini's mean Belvedere and a breath of vermouth - shaken not stirred - with a couple of jalapeno stuffed olives. Tequila is the shot of choice. That been said I haven't occassion to enjoy any of that in quite some time....since the cup run anyway.

Smirnoff green apple vodka with 7 up is pretty good. Can't go wrong with Rum and Coke either. Other than that I am pretty much just a beer drinker.

I'm not really a big drinker at all. I guess the rare time I am drinking and it's not beer, I would say... straight tequila or rum.

Dom Perignon, 1992 if possible...
Seriously, if I'm not drinking Beer... its Port or some kind of Red Wine... Chianti, Pinot Noir, Sangiovese, Cabernet, Amarone, and Valpolicella mostly... and the wine my family makes every year, that is awesome. Champagne on occasion
I'm also partial to Vodka Martinis, Screwdrivers and Rob Roys.
I'm not a boozer of course.

Jagermeister is always good. Couple others have already been mentioned...

Jager??? Blech. I swear that's the main ingredient in Green Nyquil.
edit::: Check out the Google ads... didn't realize they can pick out the subject matter of a thread and give you links like that.. Cool technology. [/b][/quote]
Wow...I just spent the last 20 minutes looking at various topics on this board and their corresponding ads at the top. That's uncanny!!
Now as far as drinks go...it's almost always beer, but when it's not, I like a good

Yeah yeah, i've heard all the anti-Jager claptrap in the book . You guys just cant handle it's smooth, sweet Jager taste, heheh...
On a side note, I heard a rumour there is as much fat content in a single shot of Jagermeister as there is in one Big Mac. If this is true, it kind of explains alot. In any case, does anyone know for sure?
|
All I know is that when I drink Jager once clean rooms are tranformed into gigantic messes in a matter of mere hours......hours that I don't remember....at all.......

I haven't ever had Jager before, but I've heard interesting things about it...such as the intoxication is slightly different than in other alcohols? Any truth to this?
I've wanted to try Jager for a while but just haven't gotten around to it. What's it like?

Laugh.
The old classic Kids in the Hall Skit "Girl Drink Drunk" was on the other night and I musta seen that 50 times but still it makes me laugh.
The guy ducks into the office supply room for a "drink" and pulls out a mickey of rum and a coconut and a cheesegrater and other stuff oh man I'm laughing just thinking about it.
As for my favorite drink, anyone ever drink " Pimm's"? It's a British thing, kind of a low-rent gin/liquer deal. Only 25% but good stuff. You can't buy it in Alberta but you can get it in BC.
Anyhow you can mix that stuff up with any old fruit juice(s). The best is some grapefruit juice, cranberry juice, ice and Pimm's. I call it the "Second Row" but it's my own invention. You probably haven't heard of it.
My other favorite is the "Screaming Viking". Nothing like a "Screaming Viking" after a long day at the office. I prefer the cucumber un-bruised.

Rye and Coke is my drink of choice.
The flip side of course is what is your most hated drink - for me its Zambuka - had a bad experience with it.

I'm kind of interested to know as well. I love having the odd Jagger shot every now and then (it doesn't taste the greatest, but there's absolutely no alcohol aftertaste), but I've never gotten drunk off Jagger alone.
