Half this board was pissed when Weber and Doughty were chosen. Bouw should have been on the team over Seabrook.

As has been said many times, management wanted an equal # of left/right:

Left: Niedermayer, Pronger, Keither were locks over Bouwmeester

Right: Weber, Boyle, Seabrook, Doughty, where Bouwmeester would likely be chosen over Seabrook and Doughty, and maybe Boyle, but he does not shoot right
