When I had my Land Cruiser on Vancouver Island I used to wheel with a couple of guys who had H1's. Very impressive off road! Very. 'Cept of course in the tight trails. Those things are wide! H2's and H3's are soccer mom pieces of poop, but the H1 is awesome.

Yeah, after I posted that, I remembered this one guy with a badass H1 that used to tear it up at Waiporous. But those 2s and 3s are only ever driven on street, and always spotless.
So basically, I'm a total hypocrite for judging these people the same way I ranted on all you guys for judging pickup truck drivers.

Yeah...the H1's are awesome pieces of machinery even if not overly practical.

I remember back in 94 or so, wasnt long after they introduced anyhow, I went out off-roading in one (bragg creek area) with a couple guys and i was frickin amazed at what that thing would do.

End of a short era, but a pretty cool one no doubt.
